To Lower:
Place your hand under the object and push upwards approximately 5cm to release the locking cam, then lower reasonably quickly to the desired height. Slow down the movement and feel the cam lock into place.
To Raise:
Place hand under object and raise to the desired height, then lower slightly and feel the cam lock engage before removing your hand. Leave approximately 15cm of hanging tape protruding from the hanger.
