The use of the Can-Fil fan silencer reduces fan and air noise dramatically.
There are two sizes available; 500mm & 1000mm high
Both can be fitted with flanges (if required) for different fan and duct sizes (6" 8" 10")
To assemble, simply position the fan on the filter. Making sure the airflow direction is correct. (flowing from the filter and out the silencer)
Then fit the silencer over the fan.
If used vertically (as shown) there is no need for duct tape.
